Viva La Verve!!!

Hi again everyone!! It's still Tuesday!! LOL!!

Here is my card for the Viva La Verve February Week One Sketch Challenge, VLVFeb01! This week's challenge was a sketch with a twist of embossing, wet or dry!!

For this card, I used the Meditations set from Verve Stamps. I stamped the sentiment in Pacific Point onto GP White, and cut it with my oval nesties. I then stamped the flower pattern in Kiwi Kiss Ink onto Kiwi Kiss Cardstock, and then in Pacific Point Ink onto Pacific Point Cardstock.

I then, for the embossing, ran ALL the panels with the exception of the base, through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots Embossing Folder. I was a little scared of embossing the sentiment panel, but I really like the effect.

I finished off the card with some white brads from American Crafts and some Kiwi Kiss Satin Ribbon!
