Did you come here by way of the super talented and super sweet Joanne? If so, wonderful! If not, make sure you start the blog hop at Jessica's blog!
I have two samples to share with you today because I couldn't stop using this set!!
For my first card, I used just about the very last of my Georgia Peach DSP and I just LOVE the colors with these SUPER fun images! I stamped the three different drink images onto Choice Snow White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with Copic Markers. I added some Crystal Effects to each of the glasses for a bit of shine!
The sentiment, "It's 5:00 Somewhere" was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and then cut out with one of the Ribbon Tags Trio from Spellbinders. I added some piercing and three different ribbons, and finished off the card with three So Saffron Brads on the top!!!
For my next card, I wanted to show how FAB this set is for invitations!!
For this card, I started with a soft color combo of Soft Sky, Close to Cocoa and White. I used some Good Morning Sunshine DSP and my "belly band" is a piece of Soft Sky cardstock that I ran through the Cuttlebug with the Spots and Dots Embossing Folder. To add more interest, I highlighted the embossed circles with a Whisper White Craft Ink Pad.
I stamped this super relaxing image onto Choice Snow White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored it with Copic Markers. Once again, I stamped my sentiment, this time using "just another day in paradise" and cut it out with the Ribbon Tags Trio by Spellbinders. I attached it with some super yummy Whisper White Organza Ribbon.
I finished off the front of my card with four White Brads by American Crafts in each corner of my Soft Sky Panel, and then another two on top for some interest and balance! I pierced just a bit on this one :)
For the inside (which I think is SO fun!), I stamped this fabulous tropical frame and then stamped "You Are Invited" inside it! I then stamped the Tiki Torches to highlight the date, time & rsvp, which I created with the A-Z 123 set from There She Goes! It was SUPER easy to get them all lined up nice and neat using my 3" X 4" Grid Acrylic Block.
I colored all the images with my Copic Markers (of course! What else do I ever reach for these days! grin!), and I added some shadowing around the words for some added interest.
