Hi everyone! Happy Sunday!So...I FINALLY saw New Moon yesterday...TWICE, with my friend Dina, who is just as obsessed as I!
Here is a pic of us before we left for the 1st movie!
Last year, when Twilight came out, we went to see it together. After the movie, when I got home, I called Dina and told her I wanted to go back again...so we went back and saw it AGAIN just a few hours later!!
This year, with New Moon, there was NO question that we were going to see it twice in one day! We saw a 1:00 showing and then a 4:30 showing!!! It was INCREDIBLE!! I totally could have watched it a third time and I am sure Dina could have also!!
As you can see, we are both decked out in our Twilight apparel! I was sporting my Team Edward shirt (the back reads: "What if I am not the hero, what if I am the bad guy"...as IF!) and Dina chose to rock her "Ciao Volturi" sweatshirt (cracks me up!!!).
It was an AWESOME day and I am already plotting how to go see it for the third time without my husband having me committed!!

ReplyDeleteIt was FANTASTIC! I think Kristen is a horrible actress, but if you can ignore that Jacob makes up for it ;0) I kept going, "He's 17, he's 17, he's 17" the whole time :)
ReplyDeleteYou girls look FABULOUS!!!! Seriously, he can't commit you after seeing New Moon just three times if you've seen Twilight at least 20...there's just no logic in that so you go...go see New Moon again, and again, and again!!!!! ;)

ReplyDeleteHey, I am with you...saw it yesterday with my two GF's and then today with my kid!!!! Maybe might go again tomorrow after school...we will see!!!! LOL Wasn't it frigin amazing!

ReplyDeleteI once saw Gone With the Wind twice in a row... I was at the theater for more than 8 hours. It was back when I was in high school (the 70's). I'd never seen the movie before, and they brought it to a local theater. What a thing! Okay, so it's nothing like Twilight. hahahaha
I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO jealous! I don't know when I'll get to see it! You look fabulous in the picture, by the way! :)

ROFL!!! You ROCK girl and I totally get where you are coming from!!!! (I saw Twilight 4 times! Shhhhhhh!!!) I saw New Moon (only once so far) in Gold Class - huge comfy recliners, waitresses serving (pre-ordered) food and drink ---- me, I had Raspberry Cheesecake and a glass of champagne!!! LOL!!!!!

HA! You are too cute!! I saw it twice last week - once with my girlfriends and then I actually convinced DH Joel to see it (the werewolves fighting and promise of more action convinced him). He's so funny - I told him I needed to give him some background info first, since in my opinion the movie would kind of suck if you hadn't read the book (since I think the girl is kind of a crappy actress) - he rolled his eyes and goes "I already got it. Edgar leaves her and she's all depressed and crap the whole time". Yep. He said EDGAR. I was cracking up. I still don't know if he was serious or joking. Anyway, I'm also pretty sure that movie might have forced me to change over to Team Jacob - Holy delicious abs Batman!!!
