Here is my card for Twi-Day! I have some stuff coming down the pike so I may have to change Twi-Day from Friday to a different day during the week...I have to see what I can figure out...any suggestions?
Today's Twi-Day card is all about our favorite Wolf-girl, Leah Clearwater! I just HAD to have this adorable Navajo Anya from The Greeting Farm, and I just knew I had to turn her into Leah Clearwater!! I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock and colored her with Copic Markers. All the turquoise accents on her headband and dress got a touch of Clear Spica Glitter Pen for a bit of shimmer.
The layout is this week's Sketch Challenge on SCS, SC261 (I love this sketch!) and the papers are from Nutmeg by Cosmo Cricket! The sentiment, "Wolf Girl" is from Fictionally Inspired by Artful Inkables and I cut it out with Classic Circle Nestabilities. I added a bit of piercing to the diagonal panel as well as the corners of the focal image panel. No ribbon on this one, but I finished this off with two Basic Grey Brads!
Here is my favorite Leah Clearwater quote, which comes from Breaking Dawn (my favorite book in the series!). I LOVE how sarcastic she is with Jacob, and this quote is no exception:
"It’s pretty obvious, isn’t it? I’m joining your crappy little renegade pack. The vampires’ guard dogs" - Leah Clearwater
Thanks SO much for stopping by today, and again, Happy New Year!!
