Give It A Shot!

Hi everyone!  Happy Monday!

This week, My Favorite Things is sponsoring Card Positioning Systems.  Here is the sketch, CSP222.  I thought it was a great sketch for a sweet PI or even an a la mode!
 

For my card, I pulled out the SUPER adorable Pure Innocence I Get A Kick Out of You.  This is my first time getting this cutie inky...she is SO fun!  I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X Press It Blending Card and colored her with Copic Markers.  I chose to have her hold a soccer ball (there are a few options), and I paper pieced her shirt with one of the same patterns I used on the rest of my card, Lime Twist Fly A Kite from My Minds Eye.

I cut her out and embossed the panel with Rectangle Nestabilities and the layer behind her has a border created with Simply Scallops Die-Namics.  I added some Baker's Twine and then added some stars cut with the Stacking Stars Die-Namics.  I added a little sentiment tag above the panel which reads "Give It A Shot!".

For the inside, I went simple with some more patterned paper, another border created with Simply Scallops Die-Namics and some more Baker's Twine.  Another sentiment, "Keep Your Goals In Mind" completes the inside.
