Hi everyone! Happy Friday!! Today is the first day of MFTeasers for the latest (and AWESOME) release from My Favorite Things! I have two sets to share with you today so let's get started!
First up is the latest in the Fred Bear lineup...meet Fred Bear Takes A Hike! Isn't he darling? I stamped him in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X Press It Blending Card and colored him with Copic Markers. The sentiment, "Take A Hike" was cut out with a brand new Die-Namics Die...the File Tab Die-Namics (LOVE!). I added a border with the Open Scallop Border Die-Namics and created the sun with the Sunshine Die-Namics. The patterned paper is Dots & Stripes from Echo Park Papers, and is a mix of the Metropolitan Collection and the Candy Shoppe Collection. I added tons of machine stitching (of course!).
For the inside, I used the awesome new File Tab Die-Namics again to complete the sentiment with "with me". and I added another border with the Open Scallop Border Die-Namics as well as another sun with the Sunshine Die-Namics.
Here are the Die-Namics I've used on this card:
My second card today features the ADORABLE new You Move Me set! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE-EDY LOVE! This set is SO fun to work with and makes creating a card super fast! I cut out the frame with the new You Move Me Die-Namics out of Sno Cone Cardstock and then, using Soft Sky ink, stamped the scooter and car images. I added the sentiment on top, "Cruising By With A Birthday Hi". I then, using more of the new You Move Me Die-Namics, cut out the cars and scooters (how cute are they?) and lined them up across the panel. The entire focal image is layered on a panel cut with the brand new Dizzy Doily Duo Die-Namics.
The patterned paper is Little Boy from Echo Park Papers and I LOVE the car papers paired with this set. I added two borders with the new Solid Bracket Border Die-Namics and of course, some more stitching.
For the inside, I added more patterned paper and a panel stamped with the "Beep Beep" from You Move Me. Cracks me up! Some more cars/scooters along the bottom finish this one off.
Here are the Die-Namics I've used on this card:
