A Home Is Made of Love and Dreams!

Hi everyone!  Happy Monday!!

Here is a card I created for a dear friend who just moved to a new home!  I started with Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge from last week, SSSC129 for my layout.

I started by stamping the house and apartment building from Cozy Cottages from Taylored Expressions in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White Cardstock and colored them with Copic Markers.  The patterned paper is the delish Splendid from Authentique and I added a border with the Small Scallop Border Die.  A fun ribbon and a bow created with the Bow Easy didn't leave any room for a sentiment, but I did add two brads to the top corner.

I finished off the inside to have a place for the sentiment.  I used another stamp from Cozy Cottages which reads "A house is made of walls and beams.  A home is made of love and dreams.  Love that.  I cut it out with the Bracket Frame Die and then popped it up with Foam Tape.
