Happy Birthday Cupcake!

Hi everyone!  Happy Saturday!!!  This post is going up a bit late, but I didn't want it to post tomorrow on September 11...

Here is a card I created for this week's Sketch Challenge on SCS, SC349!  What an awesome sketch!!!

For my card today, I pulled out the FABULOUS new Build A Treat set from Taylored Expressions and got to work creating a Birthday card that I needed...for today!  LOL!!  I started by stamping the separate cupcake tops and bottoms in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock and then cut them out with the Build A Treat Tops & Bottoms Dies.  I then colored them with Copic Markers and added some glitter to the icing.

The patterned paper is Dwell from My Minds Eye, and the pink horizontal panel was impressed with the Lots of Dots Impression Plate after stamping my sentiment, "Happy Birthday Cupcake".  I added a border with the Medium Scallop Border Die and adorned in between each scallop with Taylor's Tiny Twinkles.  I used my beloved Embellie Gellie to add these to my card in a snap!  Tons of machine stitching finished this one off!
