Hi everyone! Happy Monday and Happy Labor Day!!
Today is day 6 of MFTeasers for the newest release from My Favorite Things! Today we have peeks of the newest Pure Innocence sets! Woot!!!
There are FIVE new Pure Innocence sets being released this month, Pure Innocence Astronaut Girl, Pure Innocence Little Witch, Pure Innocence Feeling Froggy, Pure Innocence Morning Glory and Pure Innocence Spa Day! Each one is SO totally adorable!!
I have two cards to share with you today, and first up is my personal favorite set from this release, Pure Innocence Little Witch! I just LOVE her! I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X Press It Blending Card, colored her with Copic Markers and then cut her out. I cut out a tag of patterned paper, which is all Glowing from Authentique, using the Tag You're It Die-Namics and popped her up on Jody Boosters. I added a border with the Simply Scallops Die-Namics out of cork, a ribbon/twine bow combo and some brads. The sentiment, "Hello, my pretty" was stamped on a panel cut out with the new Ticket Tab Die-Namics (a must have!!)
The inside has lots of layers...some more patterned paper, and this cutie pie, stamped again in silhouette, with another sentiment from this darling set, "Too Cute Too Spook".
Here are the Die-Namics I've used on my card:
My second card today features the ADORABLE new Pure Innocence Feeling Froggy! She just makes me smile! I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X Press It Blending Card, colored her with Copic Markers and then cut her out. I did the same with her little frog friend (love his expression!).
All of the patterned paper is Sunshine from the Lost and Found 2 Collection from My Minds Eye. I added a fence cut with the new Woodgrain Fence Die-Namics (swoon!) and put the frog sitting on one of the fence pickets. I added some burlap, also from My Minds Eye, as well as a border cut with the Simply Scallops Die-Namics. The layered flower was created with the AMAZING Prima Donna Petals Die-Namics...my current favorite flower Die-Namics! I added a button, from My Minds Eye, in the center, tied with a bit of twine. A few vintage brads finish off the front.
On the inside I added some more patterned paper, and this little cutie stamped in silhouette. I added another sentiment from this set, "Enjoy The Simple Things", and called it done!
Thanks SO much for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE the black dress worn by the "Little Witch!" You managed to create so much contrast with your shading (actually, it's like you "lit" her up), without everything getting all muddied up and lost! My witch's dress would've ended up a flat, solid black... I could sure use some help from you, LOL! ;)
