Hi everyone! Happy Monday!!
Here is a card I created using Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch from yesterday, SSSC144! I LOVE when a sketch has an oval or circle element.
I created this card using the UBER cool new Pure Innocence Snowboard Boy from My Favorite Things. I just LOVE how he is mid-jump on his snowboard! I stamped him in Memento Tuxedo Black, colored him with Copic Markers and then cut out the panel with Oval Nestabilities. While the cardstock was still in the die, I traced around the inside with a Copic Multliner to create the frame, taking care that his snowboard was "out of the box". I added Glossy Accents to his snowboard to make it super shiny.
All of the patterned paper is Endless & Fair Weather from Nest by Authentique. I LOVE the colors in this paper for a boy card. I added an orange bow (which takes away from the masculine look lol) and then added the sentiment, "Stay Cool" onto a panel which I cut with the Notched Tag Die-Namics. I stamped the frame around the panel with the Notched Tag stamp set. I added some wonky (on purpose) stitching and two silver brads layered with orange circles punched with a 1/4 Circle Punch.
For the inside I added some more patterned paper, wonky stitching, and another fun sentiment from this set, "Have A Shreddin' Birthday".
Here are the Die-Namics I've used on my card:
Thanks SO much for stopping by!!
