Today, the Baker's Dozen are sharing the wonderful Labels Of Love II set with you!  This set is a follow up to the very popular Labels Of Love set, and was designed by Taylor for the te line!  This is a full size set of 27 stamps and coordinates with the original Labels Of Love and the Spellbinders Ribbon Tags Trio 3!  Like all of the stamp sets at Taylored Expressions, Labels of Love II is made from red rubber and is already cut.  All you have to do is choose a stamp, put it on a mount and stamp away!

Labels Of Love II is the latest set in the Taylored Expressions Giving Tree Program.  The TE Giving Tree is a program designed to raise funds for a different charity each quarter. For the months of November, December and January, Taylored Expressions will donate $5.00 from the sale of each Labels of Love II stamp set to the Union Rescue Mission.

In part the URM's Mission Statement reads:
We embrace people experiencing homelessness with the compassion of Christ – giving hope and healing for a changed life – helping them find their way home.
By Embrace we mean to welcome, to encircle with our arms.
By Compassion we mean to love and touch others, as Christ loved us.
By Hope we mean providing encouragement and resources for a new start.
By Healing we mean being restored in body, mind, and spirit through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
By Changed Life we mean going in a new direction and to realize our God-given purpose.
By Home we mean having the opportunity to earn a living, secure housing, and be a healthy family again.

The Union Rescue Mission (URM) was founded in 1891 and is one of the largest missions of its kind in America--bringing help and hope to men, women, and children experiencing homelessness in Downtown Los Angeles. Taylor's husband, Jon, served at the Union Rescue Mission when they lived in California and saw first hand the impact it had on the lives of the homeless. Visit the Union Rescue Mission website at http://urm.org/

For my card today, I started by stamping the snowflake frame from Labels of Love II in Taken With Teal ink onto Choice Snow White Cardstock.  I then stamped "Let It Snow" inside the frame with Pink Passion Ink.  I cut out the image with the Spellbinders Ribbon Tags Trio 3, but I then cut off the sides that would hold the ribbon to make it more of a sentiment tag.  Love the look of that!

I paired this set today with this sweet snowman from Hangin' Out At The North Pole.  I stamped him in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White Cardstock, colored him with Copic Markers and then gave him a coat of glitter.

The patterned papers are from Holly Jolly Christmas from Echo Park Papers and I added a bit of selective stitching.  Using some acetate sheets, I cut two snowflakes with the Winter Wonderland Taylored Dies, layered them together and then added a button and some twine for a fun embellishment.  I added two brads that I layered on top of two circles punched with a 1/4 circle punch.

Here are the Taylored Dies I've used on this card:

Please head on over and visit with the rest of the Baker's Dozen and see what they have cooked up for you today!

MFTeasers: Day Six!

Hi everyone!!  Happy Monday and Happy Halloween!  There are no tricks for you today...just ALOT of treats with Pure Innocence MFTeaser Day!  WOOT!!!

There are SEVEN new Pure Innocence sets being released by My Favorite Things this month!  Pure Innocence Snowboard Boy, Pure Innocence Ski Girl, Pure Innocence Stocking Girl, Pure Innocence Chrysanthemum, Pure Innocence Christmas Caroler, Pure Innocence Holiday Hugs Snowman and Pure Innocence Precious Little Lamb - On A Star!

I have two cards to share with you today, and first up is the sweet Pure Innocence Holiday Hugs Snowman.  I Puffy Heart him!  I stamped him, colored him with Copic Markers and then stitched around the panel.  The sentiment, "Holiday Hugs" was stamped onto a panel cut with the Ticket Tab Die-Namics.  I added layered snowflakes cut with the Let it Snowflake Die-Namics, topped with a button tied with Pink Sorbet Twine.

Check out that border...it's the new Icicle Border Die-Namics.  Swoon!  I added some Cool Highlight Crystal Glitter Ritz to both the snowflakes and the border.  Tons of stitching was added, and the patterned paper is Holly Jolly Christmas from Echo Park Papers.

On the inside, I added another border with the Icicle Border Die-Namics, which is also super glitzy, and another sentiment, "Have A Holly Jolly Christmas".

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on this card:

Next up is Pure Innocence Ski Girl.  LOVE her!  She is colored with Copic Markers and I gave her skis a coat of Glossy Accents.  The pom pom on her hat has a coating of Sugar Sparkly Fluff.

Again, the pattern papers are from Holly Jolly Christmas from Echo Park Papers, and I used the Snowflake Embossing Folder to add some texture.  I added tons of stitching, another border with the Icicle Border Die-Namics (have I mentioned how much I love this die?) and THREE, yes, three blooms created with the Loopy Bloom Die-Namics using My Favorite Felt in Puff Cloud White.  The Loopy Bloom Die-Namics may just be my favorite Die-Namics die yet!

For the inside, I put my Sweet Stack Label Die-Namics, as well as the circle from the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics, to work for another sentiment, "Peace, Love, Snow", as well as another border with the Icicle Border Die-Namics.

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on my card:

Speaking of Die-Namics, here is some exciting news!  Starting on November 1 at 10 PM EST, most Die-Namics dies will be available for purchase with OR WITHOUT the stamp set!   If there were any Die-Namics you had your eye on, for example, the Tag Your'e It Die-namics or the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics, and wanted to purchase without the coordinating stamp set, you will be able to!  SO awesome right?

Sweet Little One!

**PLEASE SCROLL DOWN JUST A SMIDGE FOR MY MFTEASER.  THANKS! **

Hi everyone!  Happy Sunday!!

Here is a card that I made for Taylor and Jon to welcome baby Madelyn!  Now that I know she has received it, I can share it here on my blog!

I started with Jen's Deconstructed Sketch from a week or two ago, DS23 for my layout.  I pulled out the always adorable Beary Special, which was one of my first sets when I started on the Taylored Expressions Baker's Dozen Design Team, and I still just love it!

I stamped the bear in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock and again onto patterned paper, Madison Avenue from My Minds Eye, and then paper pieced the bear.  Love the look of this little cutie paper pieced.

I added three layers of scallops with the Small Scallop Border Taylored Die, and the sentiment, "Sweet Little One", also from Beary Special, was stamped onto a panel cut with Oval Nestabilities, layered with Scalloped Oval Nestabilities.  I added a little detail with stars cut with the Seeing Stars Taylored Die.

Tons of stitching, along with two different buttons tied with a bit of Bon Bon Twine finish off the card...and of course, the focal panel and sentiment panel are popped up with Foam Tape.

Here are the Taylored Dies I've used on this card:

MFTeasers: Day Five!

Hi everyone!  Happy Sunday!  Today is the fifth day of MFTeasers for the newest My Favorite Things release!  Today sure is a fun day of Teasers...it's á la modes time!

We have two fabulous new á la modes up to bat this month, The á la modes in Disco Queen and The á la modes in Knit Happens, and since they are so darn sassy, I had to make a sample with each of them!

First up, The á la modes in Disco Queen.  How groovy is she?  I've paired her with some new Authentique paper, Free Bird Comfort and Warmth.  She is colored with Copic Markers and her disco ball is super duper sparkly.  The sentiment, "Hey Foxy Mama" was stamped onto a panel cut with the Ticket Tab Die-Namics.  I added a flower cut with the Pretty Posies Die-Namics and in the center I added a peace sign (woot!) cut with the new Peace Signs Die-namics.

Lots of stitching, some black brads, and two more peace signs for good measure complete the front.

For the inside I added some more patterned paper, and stamped this foxy mama again, this time in Old Olive ink, and added some more brads and yet another peace sign.

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on this card:

Next up is The á la modes in Knit Happens.  How cute is she?  My Mother In Law knits so this is a great set to have on hand when I want to create a card for her!

I stamped her and colored her with Copic Markers. All of the patterned paper is Darling Dear from My Minds Eye and I embossed the background panel with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder.  I split my sentiment by cutting my stamp (lol...yes, I said cutting my stamp) and just used "Without You" on the front, which I stamped onto a panel cut with the Ticket Tab Die-Namics

I added some selective stitching and  a border cut with the new Crown Border Die-Namics (LOVE).  I used My Favorite Felt in Puff Cloud White with the new Loopy Bloom Die-Namics to create the flower, and once it was rolled up, I cut the loops for a different, fun look.

On the inside I added some more patterned paper, selective stitching, and the rest of the sentiment, "I'd come unraveled", which I featured on the Sweet Stack Labels Die-Namics.  The extra circle layer is from the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics.

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on this card:

Speaking of Die-Namics, here is some exciting news!  Starting on November 1 at 10 PM EST, most Die-Namics dies will be available for purchase with OR WITHOUT the stamp set!   If there were any Die-Namics you had your eye on, for example, the Tag Your'e It Die-namics or the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics, and wanted to purchase without the coordinating stamp set, you will be able to!  SO awesome right?

MFTeasers: Day Four!

Hi everyone!! Happy Saturday!

Today is the fourth day of MFTeasers for the latest release from My Favorite Things!  I am sure you are loving all the new sets and Die-Namics you've seen so far...am I right?

Be prepared to fall in love again...with the new Christmas Ornaments Stamp Set and Die-Namics.  **Swoon**!

I used the Be Merry paper pad from My Minds Eye and cut the ornaments out of three different patterns.  I cut the ornament "toppers" out of grey cardstock and then gave them some shimmer with a Sakura Glitter Pen.  I cut out the little tags (love them) stamped the words on them, added twine and then attached them to the ornaments.

The sentiment, "Wishing You" was stamped onto a panel cut with the Ticket Tab Die-Namics that I shortened.  I added lots of stitching and some big twill ribbon.

On the inside I added more patterned paper, stitching, and another ornament, this time to anchor my sentiment panel, which was cut with the smallest banner die in the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics, and says "Merry Christmas".   Love how that turned out.

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on my card today:

Speaking of Die-Namics, here is some exciting news!  Starting on November 1 at 10 PM EST, most Die-Namics dies will be available for purchase with OR WITHOUT the stamp set!   If there were any Die-Namics you had your eye on, for example, the Tag Your'e It Die-namics or the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics, and wanted to purchase without the coordinating stamp set, you will be able to!  SO awesome right?

MFTeasers: Day Three!

Hi everyone!!  Happy Friday!!

Today is the third day of MFTeasers for the latest My Favorite Things release, and I am SO excited to share with you this month's Triple Scoop Set...Clearly Sentimental About Christmas!

Here is how the Triple Scoop Special works:

Our Triple Scoop reward is a full-sized stamp set offered to you absolutely FREE with a qualifying purchase of $60 or greater (before shipping and tax).
The set changes with each monthly release, and is not yet available for individual purchase, so there is always a good reason to spoil yourself with MFT!
- Simply add the Triple Scoop product to your cart using the "add to cart" button, and it will be shipped with your order.
- The Triple Set set can be combined with our Cherry on Top promotion as well for even greater savings!

I am just in LOVE with this new set...and want to know what else I am IN LOVE with?  Check out the AMAZING new Clearly Sentimental Label Die-namics...oh my WORD can you see me swooning??  This Die-Namics die is a must have in my humble opinion!

I started by cutting out my Clearly Sentimental Label Die-Namics and I then stamped "Season's Greetings" in Riding Hood Red ink and then "Wishing You A Joyful Christmas" in Old Olive ink underneath.  I then sponged the edges with Memento Cantaloupe and Memento Tangelo to add some depth.

The patterned paper is all Lost And Found Christmas from My Minds Eye and I added a border cut with the Simply Scallops Die-Namics.  The flowers were cut from the same papers using the Prima Donna Petals Die-Namics and I added some crocheted lace, antique brads and some selective stitching (my new term for not sewing each and every layer on my cards).

For the inside I added some more patterned paper, selective stitching and another beautiful sentiment, "Peace, Love & Joy" in Old Olive ink.  This card would be fairly easy to mass produce for Christmas cards, especially if you omit the stitching.

MFTeasers: Day Two!

Hi everyone!  Happy Thursday!

Today is the second day of MFTeasers for the newest release from My Favorite Things, and I have some Fred Bear sweetness to share with you today!

Fred Bear Catches Some ZZZ's is the latest offering in the Fred Bear line at MFT, and true to form, he is as cute as can be!  I colored him with Copic Markers and then using some Colorless Blender and a textured piece of paper towel, I dabbed at his fur to create some texture.

All of the patterned paper is from Times & Seasons from Echo Park Papers, and I used one of the patterns to paper piece his pillow.  I used the darling Mini Pennant Die-Namics for the "ZZZ" and tucked it under his pillow.  Check out that fabby new border die...it's the Wonky Scallop Border Die-Namics and I am in LOVE.

I added tons of stitching, some twill ribbon and a bow, which I topped with a button cut with the Button Quartet Die-Namics and a bit of Honeydew Twine.

For the inside I added some more patterned paper, another border with the Wonky Scallop Border Die-Namics, and two sentiments, because they go SO perfectly together..."I haven't been ignoring you" and "I was hibernating".  LOVE that!  Some antique brads on both the outside and inside complete the card.
