Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!!
This week our fabby Crewmate Danielle Lounds is on deck and she has challenged us to a color challenge! Have you noticed that the Crewmates are crazy about the new Bazzill Card Shoppe Cardstock? We've been converted! Danielle's color challenge is based on the new card cardstock colors. Play along with whatever cardstock you've got, but you should REALLY give the Bazzill a try! It's the bomb diggity bomb!
I am LOVING these colors together! LOVE em! I had lots of fun creating my card for this challenge. I started with a card base of Lollipop Cardstock and then added lots of layers following the current MFT Guest Designer Sketch HERE.
I stamped Pure Innocence Berry Sweet from MFT onto X Press It Blending Card and colored her with Copic Markers. I cut out and the layered the panel with the Rectangle STAX 1 and Rectangle STAX 2 Die-Namics. The sentiment, "I'm Sweet On You" was stamped onto a panel cut with the File Tab Die-Namics.
Here is a closeup of this cutie.
I added some patterned paper from So Happy Together by Echo Park Papers and a border cut with the Little Open Scallop Strip Die-Namics. The flag was cut with the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-Namics out of Lollipop Cardstock and embossed with the Polka Dots Embossing Folder. I used the Easter Grass and Cotton Candy for the other panels. DELISH...love these colors!
I added a double ribbon of Pink Grosgrain Ribbon along with some YUMMY Curly Sparkling White Trim Ribbon. LOVE this stuff! I added some bling for a little more embellishment!
For the inside I added more layers of yummy cardstock, along with another sentiment, "That Was Berry Sweet of You", stamped in Mojito Fresh Ink.
Here are the Copic Markers I've used on my card:

Including the challenge graphic isn't a requirement, but sure is appreciated! (A participant of our very first challenge didn't link back or mention our challenge and couldn't be named Top Spool, so don't let that happen to you!)
