Hi everyone! Happy Monday! Today is Day Seven of MFTeasers and the release is tonight! YAY!!
I have a card to share with you today using three of the new Die-Namics being released tonight, and I used the new Who's That Girl Fairy Dust (LOVE her), also releasing tonight!
I started by stamping her and coloring her with Copic Markers. I paper pieced her dress with the same papers I've used on the rest of my card, Quilting Bee from My Minds Eye. I added Crystal Stickles to her wings and her wand.
I created the banners using the new (and oh word I LOVE them) Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX Die-Namics. I stitched the top of them on my Janome Sew Mini.
Here is a closeup of this fab fairy!
I used the new Flower Medley Die-Namics to create the flower, and instead of using different patterns of papers, I used Sno Cone Cardstock and then sponged and crinkled each petal for a distressed look. I added a Steel Grey Button (swoon!) tied with some new Hemp Cord (my favorite new twine...ties like a dream) on top of the flower. I added another banner and stamped "Dream" on it and tucked it under the flower. I totally love the look of that.
On the inside I stamped part of the sentiment, "Make A" and then spelled out "wish" using the new Highrise Alphabet Lowercase Die-Namics. SO fun!
Here are the Copic Markers I've used on my card:
Here are the Die-Namics (all being released tonight!) I've used on my card:
