Hi everyone! Happy Friday!
Phew...what a week. I am SUPER happy it's the weekend! Once I tucked the girls into bed I came down to my stamp room to play a bit. Here is a card I created using some new goodies from Taylored Expressions!
The new Nativity Border Taylored Die is SO very beautiful! I hadn't had the opportunity to use it during TE Previews this past release, so I was excited to sit down and play. This is one of those dies, in my opinion, that really packs a big punch. I kept the rest of my card super simple to let the die shine.
I started with navy cardstock and embossed the sentiment, which is from Rejoice, in white embossing powder. I cut the Nativity Border Taylored Die out of kraft cardstock and sponged the edges a bit with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink. I then popped up the nativity with Foam Tape. I layered the navy panel onto Choice Snow White and then popped the entire panel up with more Foam Tape onto a Choice Snow White card base.
I kept the embellishments to a minimum...simply adding a twill ribbon, hemp cord bow and a navy button. Here is a closeup of the scene.
Here is the Taylored Die I've used on my card:
Thanks SO much for stopping by! I hope you enjoy your weekend, and if you are on the East Coast like me, stay safe with this big storm coming up the coast!
