TE October Release Spotlight Day!

Hi everyone!  Happy Friday!

All of the new products are now available in the Fresh Out Of The Oven Department at Taylored Expressions, and there are lots of specials as well on the Specials page!

I have a card to share with you today using the fun new Garden Shed set, illustrated by Doug Applegate for the Apple Doodle Ink line at Taylored Expressions.  This is the latest in the Adorable Abodes series concepted by our own Jami Sibley!

I had lots of fun creating this card, and I kept thinking that it looks like Edward and Bella's cottage in Breaking Dawn (yes...I am starting the Twilight references already...only one more week until the movie comes out...yay!).

I stamped the shed in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White Cardstock and colored it with Copic Markers.  I cut out and layered the panel with square dies.  All of the patterned papers are Gnome Sweet Gnome from My Minds Eye, and I sponged the edges of all the panels with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink.  I popped up the focal panel with Foam Tape for extra dimension.

The sentiment, "Thinking Of You" is from the new Many Minis Occassions set, and I stamped it onto a panel cut with the Mini Tags Taylored Dies.  I tied it to the card with some twine and added a button.

I used the new Lace Chain Border Taylored Die cut from Choice Snow White Cardstock for the border.  I really love this new border die!

On the back I added a circle panel that I stamped with the fantastic new Signature Style set.  SO fun and easy to add a personalized touch to your card.
