Hi everyone!! Happy Wednesday!
It's 12-12-12 and my post is going up at 12...pretty cool no? Anyway, it's time for another fab MFT Sketch Challenge, and I have a card to share with you today using this week's sketch, MFTWSC102!
I LOVE the new a la modes in You're My Cup of Tea, released last night from MFT. She is one of my favorite alm's so far! I stamped her onto X Press It Blending Card and colored her with Copic Markers.
I colored her with Copic Markers and paper pieced her skirt with the same papers I've used on my card, Farm Girl from October Afternoon. I cut out the panel, and layered it, using the Rectangle STAX 1 Die-Namics and Rectangle STAX 2 Die-Namics.
Using the Circles STAX 1 Die-Namics and Circle STAX 2 Die-Namics, I cut the circles for the sentiment panel. I added a Bubblegum Button tied with some Hemp Cord. I used the Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-Namics for the yellow polka dot flag panels. I also added a border of Sweet Tooth Cardstock cut with the Solid Bracket Border Die-Namics.
On the inside, I added more patterned paper to the Kraft panel, another border cut with the Solid Bracket Border Die-Namics, and then used the Sweet Stack Label Die-Namics for the sentiment panel. The card base is the delish Bubblegum Cardstock.
Here is a closeup of the inside detail. As I have been doing lately, all of the panels were sponged lightly with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink.
Here are the Copic Markers I've used on my card:
