MFTeasers: Day Four!

Hi everyone! Happy Saturday!

Welcome to Day Four of MFTeasers!  The entire new release will be available on Tuesday, August 6th at 10PM right HERE in the MFT Boutique!  YAY!

I have a card to share with you today that is a bit of a departure from my lots of layers style, and I have to say, I had SO much fun creating this and embracing all the white, er, grey, space!


I started with a card base of Sweet Tooth cardstock, and then cut two layers, Sweet Tooth and Steel Grey, using the Blueprints 5 and Blueprints 6 Die-Namics.  On the Steel Grey panel, I lined up the new Peek-A-Boo Chevrons Die-Namics (SO MUCH FUN), running it through my Vagabond three times, making each row a bit shorter as I went. 



I layered three different colors of cardstock behind the rows, and went with an ombre pattern using Sno Cone, Berrylicious and Blu Raspberry.  I super love these three together.  I stamped a sentiment, "you're the best" (love the font!) from the new Sending Thanks set, which is this month's Free With 60 set, in Versamark and then embossed it with white embossing powder.  I then added a trio of gold sequins to pop against the dark background.

On the inside, I layered Sweet Tooth panels cut again with the Blueprints 5 Die-Namics and Blueprints 6 Die-Namics.  I stamped "you're always there when I need you" in Blu Raspberry Ink.
