Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday and Happy MFT Release Night! The entire AMAZING new release is available right now, right HERE in the MFT Boutique!
Tonight I am SO very excited to share with you the new Eye Charts set and the new Geek Is Chic Die-namics! I’ve also used the new Geek Is Chic set! I had SO much fun creating, I created three cards!
My first card is my most favorite! I started by cutting three pairs of glasses with the Geek Is Chic Die-namics from Cotton Candy Card Stock, Banana Split Card Stock and Blu Raspberry Card Stock. I arranged them on a panel of Sno Cone Card Stock stamped with the Linen Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.
The sentiment panel was cut from Smooth White Card Stock cut with the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics. I stamped “I think you’re spectacular”, from Geek Is Chic, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I anchored it to the card with a Cotton Candy Button tied with Hemp Cord. I added a panel of Black Licorice Card Stock, cut with Blueprints 1 Die-namics, and stamped it with the Diagonal Stripes Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I added a mat cut with the Blueprints 2 Die-namics from Smooth White Card Stock.
On the inside, I again used Blueprints 1 Die-namics and Blueprints 2 Die-namics to cut the panels. I added a panel of Black Licorice Card Stock stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I stamped “Geek Is Chic” from Geek is Chic using Blu Raspberry Premium Dye Ink, Cotton Candy Premium Dye Ink and Banana Split Premium Dye Ink.
My second card has a bit of a brighter color scheme…a bit more masculine. I used Jen’s Deconstructed Sketch, DS163 for the layout.
I started by stamping the image from Eye Charts using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink onto a panel of Smooth White Card Stock. I cut out the panel with the Pierced Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I layered this panel on top of a Blu Raspberry Card Stock panel stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.
I added the sentiment panel, cut from Kraft Card Stock with Blueprints 12 Die-namics and stamped “You’re My Clark Kent” from Geek Is Chic using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I added a pair of glasses, cut with the Geek Is Chic Die-namics, from Tangy Orange Card Stock. I used Tangy Orange Card Stock, as well as Sno Cone Card Stock, to cut the flags, and I used the Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics. I cut the Orange Fizz Card Stock panel with Blueprints 1 Die-namics, and stamped it with the Star Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.
On the inside, I again used Blueprints 1 Die-namics and Blueprints 2 Die-namics for the panels, and I stamped the Orange Fizz Card Stock panel with the Star Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I stamped another sentiment from Geek Is Chic, “My Heart Stops When You Look At Me”, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.
My last card uses the current Mojo Monday Sketch for the layout, MOJO357!
I started by stamping a Smooth White Card Stock panel with the new Eye Charts set using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I cut out the panel with Blueprints 6 Die-namics. I cut a panel of Grout Gray Card Stock using Blueprints 5 Die-namics and stamped it with Geek Is Chic using Gumdrop Green Premium Dye Ink, Sour Apple Premium Dye Ink, Grape Jelly Premium Dye Ink and Grapesicle Premium Dye Ink.
I used Blueprints 1 Die-namics to cut the Sour Apple Card Stock panel and stamped it with the Grid Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I added a band of Grape Jelly Card Stock to the center of the card, and added a pair of glasses cut with Black Licorice Card Stock using the Geek Is Chic Die-namics.
On the inside, I again used Blueprints 1 Die-namics and Blueprints 2 Die-namics for the panels, and I again stamped the Grout Gray panel with Geek Is Chic using Gumdrop Green Premium Dye Ink, Sour Apple Premium Dye Ink, Grape Jelly Premium Dye Ink and Grapesicle Premium Dye Ink. I stamped another sentiment from Geek Is Chic using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.
