March MFT Release Countdown: Day Four!

Hi everyone!  Happy Saturday!

We are counting down to the INCREDIBLE new MFT March Release!  All of the amazing new products will be available on Tuesday, March 3rd at 10PM right HERE in the MFT Boutique!

I am SOOOOOOOO excited about the darling new Birdie Brown offerings this month!  Today, I’ve used the new BB I Knead You, BB I Knead You Die-namics, along with the new Window Die-namics and Staggered Paw Prints Stencil!

OK.  How CUTE is this little kitty!  I have four cats, and would have more if my husband would concede.  I’ve always wanted an orange cat, but since I don’t have one (yet), I colored up one!  I started by cutting out this sweet little kitty from X-Press It Blending Card using the BB I Knead You Die-namics and then stamped her using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink using BB I Knead You.  I colored her with Copic Markers and then put her aside.

I used the new Window Die-namics to create the window, and cut it from Smooth White Card Stock for the window and the windowsill, and Sno Cone Card Stock for the “sky” outside the window.  I cut the cloud using the Cloud Cover Up Die-namics from Smooth White Card Stock, and I cut a little sun, because every cat likes to bask in the sun, from Daffodil Prestige Card Stock using the Notched Tag Die-namics.  I cut the cloud using the Window Die-namics to split it between the panes, and then adhered the cloud and sun.  I then added the sweet little kitty using Jody Boosters.

I wanted to keep the card simple to focus on the window and kitty.  I cut a panel of Natural Card Stock using Blueprints 13 Die-namics and then stamped the sentiment, “YOU LEFT A PAW PRINT ON MY HEART”, from BB I Knead You, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.  I then embossed it with the new Staggered Paw Print Stencil and the Embossing Pad Duo, and added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  I added a trio of enamel dots/rhinestones to finish off the front.

On the inside, I cut another panel of Natural Card Stock using Blueprints 13 Die-namics, and added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  I stamped “I LOVE MEW” using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink, and then a trio of mice using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink.  I added a bit of color to the mice with Copic Markers.
