Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!
It’s time for the July MFT Creative Challenge! This month, the MFT Design Team are sharing projects featuring the presentation of gift cards! So fun!!
I had a blast creating my card! I started by creating the gift card pocket, which was cut from Dots & Stripes Sorbet Paper Pack using the Gift Card Pocket Vertical Die-namics. I then cut a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 1 Die-namics and stamped “Happy Birthday” from Birthday Wishes & Balloons using Ripe Raspberry Premium Dye Ink, Cotton Candy Premium Dye Ink and Daffodil Premium Dye Ink. I then cut a panel of striped paper from the Dots & Stripes Sorbet Paper Pack and layered it on the bottom. I separated the two panels with a piece of Sweet Tooth Card Stock cut down to size with Blueprints 1 Die-namics and then cut again using Blueprints 14 Die-namics for the dotted border.
I attached the gift card pocket and then added a trio of balloons, cut from Birthday Wishes & Balloons Die-namics and stamped with Birthday Wishes & Balloons using Cotton Candy Premium Dye Ink, Ripe Raspberry Premium Dye Ink and Daffodil Premium Dye Ink. The balloon strings were cut from Steel Grey Card Stock using the Birthday Balloons Die-namics. I added rhinestones to the balloons for a bit of shine, and I stamped “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” on the bottom, from BB Birthday Bears, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.
Thanks SO much for stopping by! Please head on over to the MFT Blog for a listing of all the designers participating in today’s Creative Challenge!
