Hi everyone! Happy Friday!
The time has come to being the countdown to the fabulous new MFT September Release! All of the new products will be available on Tuesday, September 1st at 10PM right HERE in the MFT Boutique! Yay!
To kick things off, I have a card to share with you using the GORGEOUS new Etched Flower Background and the new Thanks So Very Much set!
This new background stamp is SO gorgeous! I have SO many ideas of how to use it! I wanted an elegant look for my card today, so I cut a panel of Grout Gray Card Stock using Blueprints 1 Die-namics and then stamped it with Versamark Ink and the Etched Flower Background. I then heat embossed the panel with White Detail Embossing Powder. SO simple and it creates such an elegant look! I added a mat of Sweet Tooth Card Stock using Blueprints 2 Die-namics.
I cut a panel of Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock and stamped “Thank You. Really.” from the new Thanks So Very Much set (I LOVE this set) using Versamark and head embossed it with White Detail Embossing Powder. I trimmed the panel down and then added a panel of Sweet Tooth Card Stock underneath, putting it an an angle for some added interest.
I cut a circle of Silver Shine Card Stock using the Stitched Circle Frames Die-namics, and then cut a circle of Silver Sparkle Card Stock using the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. I layered them together and trimmed off one side slightly. I added the circles to my card and then added the sentiment panel on top. I finished off the card with a rhinestone and two enamel dots.
Thanks SO much for stopping by! Please head on over to the MFT Blog for a listing of all the designers participating in today’s Countdown, and for a chance to win an MFT Gift Certificate!
