MFT October New Product Launch!

Hi everyone!  Happy Tuesday and Happy MFT Release Night!  All of the AMAZING new products are available right now, right HERE in the MFT Boutique!  YAY!

Tonight, I am SO SO SO excited to share a set with a theme near and dear to my coffee loving heart…LLD Stay Cool and LLD Cool Cup Die-namics!  SWOON!  I was SO inspired and I have two cards to share with you tonight!

Print

For my first card, I used the LLD Cool Cup Die-namics to create my daughter’s favorite drink, a strawberry frappuccino!  This was SO fun to create!  I started by cutting the cup and the whip cream from Smooth White Card Stock.  I sponged the cup using Bubblegum Premium Dye Ink.  I lightly sponged the whip cream using Natural Premium Dye Ink and coated it with my Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker.  I used LLD Cool Cup Die-namics to cut another cup from acetate.  I popped the acetate panel up onto the cup using Jody Boosters, and I hid them with a panel of Kraft Card Stock cut with the new Tag Builder Blueprints 4 Die-namics, which I trimmed to make just a rectangle.  I stamped “Let’s Talk Some Frap” using Green-Eyed Monster Premium Dye Ink.  I added a straw cut from Green-Eyed Monster Prestige Card Stock.

I cut a panel of Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics and stamped it with the new Sketched Chevron Background using Kraft Premium Dye Ink.  I added a mat to the panel cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Rectangle STAX 1 Die-namics.  I then added this panel to a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics, matted with yet another panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  A combo of enamel dots and a rhinestone complete this one!

My second card features my personal drink of choice, an iced latte!  I pulled out my Copic Airbrush System for this card!

The cup and lid were both cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the LLD Cool Cup Die-namics.  I airbrushed on the color using E33, E35 and E37 Copic Markers and the airbrush system.  I cut another cup from acetate and attached it to the Smooth White Card Stock cup by putting the adhesive where the lid goes.  I then added the lid panel on top to hide the adhesive.  I added a straw cut from Green-Eyed Monster Prestige Card Stock and then popped the entire cup up with Jody Boosters onto a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics.

I cut a panel of Smooth White Card Stock using Blueprints 13 Die-namics and stamped it with the “WISHING YOU A LATTE BIRTHDAY WISHES” from LLD Stay Cool using Green-Eyed Monster Premium Dye Ink.  I trimmed the panel down and added it to a panel of Kraft Card Stock, also cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics and embossed with the Crosshatch Stencil and Embossing Pad Duo.  I wrapped the panel with Hemp Cord and then added a bow topped with a button cut from Green-Eyed Monster Prestige Card Stock using the Vintage Buttons Die-namics.
