Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!
It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, my dear friend Bar has thrown down a combo of hot pink, teal and black! LOVE these colors together! LOVE!
I started by creating the background, and I cut a panel of Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock using the Proof Positive Cover Up Die-namics. I layered this onto a panel of Sweet Tooth Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics. I then used the Proof Positive Cover Up Die-namics again to cut a panel of Sweet Tooth Card Stock, and then adhered each and every little plus sign into the Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock panel.
The flowers were cut from Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock using the LJD Circle Scribble Flowers Die-namics and LJD Scribbles Die-namics. I used Ripe Raspberry Premium Dye Ink to darken the scribble panel, and then sprayed the flowers with shimmer spray. The leaves were cut using LJD Circle Scribble Flowers Die-namics using my FAVORITE green, Green-Eyed Monster Prestige Card Stock, and I lightly sponged them with Green-Eyed Monster Premium Dye Ink.
The sentiment, “Hello”, from the new Beautiful Blooms, was stamped using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink onto a panel of Sweet Tooth Card Stock cut with the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics.
