Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!
It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, Lisa has challenged us to use orange, green, pale pink and white! SUCH a pretty combo!
I’ve used the darling Pure Innocence Cupcake Day for my card today, and I began by cutting her from X-Press It Blending Card using the Pure Innocence Cupcake Day Die-namics and then stamped her with Pure Innocence Cupcake Day using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. I paper pieced her dress with a pattern from the Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Paper Pack and colored her with Copic Markers.
She is popped up with Foam Tape onto a panel of Natural Card Stock, cut with the Stitched Mini Scallop Circle STAX Die-namics. The main panel of Smooth White Card Stock, along with the Bubblegum Card Stock panel and patterned paper panel, were cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics, and I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock using Blueprints 20 Die-namics. I stamped the Bubblegum Card Stock panel using the Diagonal Stripes Background using Versamark Ink and then heat embossed it with White Detail Embossing Powder. The setiment, “You’re Sweet” was stamped onto a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with the Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics. I finished off the card with a enamel dot/rhinestone combo.
