November MFT Release Countdown: Day Five!

Hi everyone!  Happy Friday!

It’s time to being the countdown to the FABULOUS new November MFT Release!  All of the new products will be released on Tuesday, October 1st at 10PM right HERE in the MFT Boutique!  Yay!

Today I have a card to share with you using the DARLING new Chill Wishes, Chill Wishes Die-namics and Downhill Slope Die-namics!  LOVE!

How CUTE is this little skiing penguin!  LOVE!  I cut her, the mountains and the trees from X-Press It Blending Card using Chill Wishes Die-namics and then stamped them with Chill Wishes using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink.  I stamped the penguin again onto Silver Shine Card Stock and then paper pieced her sunglasses.  Mirrored aviators are ALL the rage these days you know!

The main panel of Berrylicious Card Stock was cut using Blueprints 13 DIe-namics and I speckled it with watered down white acrylic paint.  I used the same Blueprints 13 Die-namics to cut the Smooth White Card Stock panel, which I then cut again using the new Downhill Slope Die-namics.  Using Slider Elements, I attached my penguin to the slope, and then added in the trees and mountains.  The clouds were cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Puffy Clouds Die-namics, and the sentiment, “THERE’S SNOW WAY YOU COULD BE ANY COOLER” was stamped using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink.

    Jodi, love that you used the slider mechanism. "Watch out, here comes the new Olympian!" Your bright colors against the blinding snow are perfect. So are the glasses. Thanks for sharing.
