It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge! This week, Lori has challenged us to use mint green, pink and aqua! GORGEOUS colors, right?
I’ve used the gorgeous new Abstract Heart Die-namics for my card today. I cut it first from Smooth White Card Stock for the frame, and then from Spearmint Card Stock, Berrylicious Card Stock, Pink Lemonade Card Stock and Silver Sparkle Card Stock. I then inlaid the colored panels. LOVE.
The main panel of Smooth White Card Stock was cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics, and I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics. I watercolored the Smooth White Card Stock panel using my Zig Clean Color Markers, and then popped up my Abstract Heart using Foam Tape. I added a sentiment panel cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics and stamped “YOU ARE MY HAPPY” from Essential Sentiments using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I finished off my card with a trio of rhinestones.
