February MFT Release Countdown: Day Four!

Hi everyone!  Happy Saturday!

We are getting closer to the incredible February MFT Release!  All of the fabulous new goodies will be released on Tuesday, February 7th at 9PM right HERE in the MFT Boutique!

Today I have a card to share with you using the completely adorable new Space Explorer and Space Explorer Die-namics!  I am in LOVE!

This card was SUPER fun to create!  I started with my background, which is a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics.  I sponged the panel using Ripe Raspberry Premium Dye Ink, Pure Plum Premium Dye Ink, Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink and Blueberry Premium Dye Ink.  I then spritzed the panel with watered down white acrylic paint for a starry sky. 

I cut the astronaut (omg, SO cute right?), planets and star from X-Press It Blending Card using the Space Explorer DIe-namics and then stamped them all using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink with the Space Explorer set.  I colored them with Copic Markers and added shimmer to the planets and star using a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker.  I coated the “glass” of his helmet using Glossy Accents, which I LOVE.  The sentiment, “MISSION CONTROL, We Have a Birthday”"!” (so cute!) was stamped onto a panel of Pineapple Prestige Card Stock using Versamark Ink and heat embossed using White Detail Embossing Powder.
