Warmest Thanks! {CTD428}

Hi everyone!  Happy Wednesday!

It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge!  This week, Lynn has challeged us to use red, pink and chocolate brown!  GORGEOUS color combo!!

I was SO inspired by this week’s inspiration picture!  I started by creating my mug of hot chocolate using the Hot Cocoa Cups Die-namics.  The mug was cut from Cherry Crisp Prestige Card Stock, and the heart from Tickled Pink Prestige Card Stock. The “hot chocolate” was cut from Milk Chocolate Prestige Card Stock, and the whipped cream from Smooth White Card Stock coated with a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker.  I popped the mug up with Foam Tape onto a circle of Smooth White Card Stock cut with the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics.

I layered this panel onto two panels cut using the Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics, one from pattered paper from the County Fair Paper Pack, and the other from Cherry Crisp Prestige Card Stock.  I added a sentiment panel cut from Milk Chocolate Prestige Card Stock using the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics, and I stamped “Warmest Thanks” from Hug In A Mug using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with White Detail Embossing Powder.  I then added a bow of Hemp Cord and a button to finish off the card.
