June MFT Release Countdown: Day One!

Goodness! We are almost there! The FABULOUS June MFT Release is tonight! All of the fabulous new goodies will be released at 9PM EST right HERE in the MFT Boutique!

Today I have a card to share with you using the PRECIOUS new Fairy Happy and Fairy Happy Die-namics! Swoon!

I just cannot even take the sweetness factor of this new set! I LOVE this little fairy! I started with the background, which is a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 1 Die-namics. I sponged on Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink and then spritzed the panel with water, and then, once dried, spritzed on watered down white acrylic paint.

The fairy, flowers, butterfly and bumble bee were all cut from X-Press It Blending Card using the Fairy Happy Die-namics, and then stamped them all with Fairy Happy using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. I colored them with Copic Markers and added shimmer to her wings using a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker. I popped them up with Foam Tape, and lined up the flowers on the bottom of the card, trimming the edges. I stamped the sentiment,”Close Your Eyes and Make A Wish” using Versamark Ink and then heat embossed it with White Detail Embossing Powder. I added a trio of rhinestones to finish off the card.
