N&T Tangled March Previews: Day Three!

Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!

We are getting closer and closer the March Neat and Tangled Release! All of the new products will be released on Friday, March 9th!

Today I have a card to share with you using a set that is a MUST have…the gorgeous new Friendly Florals! OMG! LOVE this gorgeous new set, and the sentiments are awesome, too!

N&T Wednesday

For my card, I began with a panel of black card stock, and I used the Geometric Circles Stencil and sponged on Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink. I love the tone on tone look, it just gives it a bit of interest without taking away from the gorgeous flowers.

I cut a panel of white card stock using circle dies, and I stamped “IT MAKES ME HAPPY TO SEE YOU SMILE”. I cut the floral image from X-Press It Blending Card using the Friendly Florals Nice and Neat Dies, and stamped them using Friendly Florals. I colored the image with Copic Markers and then added the flower to the bottom of the circle panel. I finished off the card with a trio of enamel dots.

    I wouldn’t have thought to use black cardstock with such a spring-related stamp set, but this is really beautiful.

    I agree with you that those Friendly Florals are a "must have" stamp set! The simplicity of your card makes your floral spray really pop off the card! It's a very eye-catching card!!
