November MFT Release Countdown: Day One!

Hi everyone! Happy Monday!

We are almost there! The INCREDIBLE November MFT Release will be available tomorrow, November 13th at 10AM in the Brand Spankin’ New section of the MFT Boutique!

Today I have a card to share with you using the DARLING new Here Comes Santa Claus and Here Comes Santa Clause Die-namics along with the new Mountain High Die-namics! SO fun!

I had so much fun creating this scene! I began with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the A2 Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics. I used the same die to cut Milk Chocolate Prestige Card Stock, which I trimmed down for the “ground”. I sponged the main panel using Stormy Sky Distress Oxide Ink and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Ink. I spritzed the panel with water and then with watered down white acrylic paint. I cut two strips of Smooth White Card Stock using the Snow Drifts Die-namics, and added them to the scene.

The trees were cut from Green Room Prestige Card Stock and Field Day Prestige Card Stock using the Mountain High Die-namics. The santa and house were cut from No-Line Coloring Card Stock using the Here Comes Santa Claus Die-namics, and I stamped them using Here Comes Santa Claus using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink. I colored them with Copic Markers and added some shimmer using a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker. I added them to the scene, popping them up for dimension, and added the “moon” cut from Silver Sparkle Card Stock cut using the Circle STAX 1 Die-namics. The sentiment was stamped using Versamark Ink and I heat embossed it with WOW White Embossing Powder.

  3. Your scene is fantastic, and the sky is very well done along with the sphere of glitter card stock.
