I'm Still Around!!!

LOL!! Although it doesn't seem like it! Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!! I have had a really crazy few days, and it felt REALLY good to stamp again!!

Here is my card for today's Sketch Challenge on SCS, SC207!! This is also for Prettie Wednesday! Two weeks ago, Jackie challenged us to make a card using plaid! Fun!!

For this card, I created my own plaid with a ruler and some Copic Markers. I then stamped Gliding By Sophia onto it and used it to paper piece her dress!!! The background was created by first adhering my Old Olive strips to the Pretty In Pink base, and then I ran the entire panel through the Cuttlebug with the Snowflakes Embossing Folder! Easy Peasy! I added some White Grosgrain Ribbon and Red Gingham Ribbon for a bit of pop. Of course, I added some piercing (when do I NOT!!), and finished it off with a Felt Flurrie and a brad layered on circle punches!

Gliding By Sophia was colored with Copic Markers. Did you know that she is the newest Stamp of the Month over at Paper Pretties? I know I say this about all the Sophias, but in all seriousness, she is my FAVORITE ever!!!

This card is on its way to Jackie P! I hope she likes it!
You can see what the other Pretties have done for this challenge here!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!!
