Get Well Soon!

Hi everyone! Happy Friday!!

I have a card to share with you today that I created for the little boy who lives across the street from us.  He fell and broke his leg (the poor little guy!) and so I bought him a little something to cheer him up.  Of course, I had to make a card to go along with the gift!

It's been WAY too long since I've created a Cuppie card!  As some of you may know, Cuppie is what made me fall in love with Taylored Expressions...he is just too cute!  For my card today, I used the current sketch challenge on SCS, SC389 and I pulled out the darling Doctor's Orders set!

I stamped Cuppie in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White Cardstock, colored him with Copic Markers and then fussy cut him out.  I popped him up with Foam Tape onto a circle layered with a red panel cut using the Totally Tags Taylored Die.  The sentiment, "Get Well Soon", also from Doctor's Orders, was stamped onto a panel cut with the Fly Your Flag 2 Taylored Die and tucked under the focal panel.

The patterned paper is On The Bright Side One from My Minds Eye and I added lots of stitching.  I also used two Sparklets (LOVE these) as a little accent.  These.Are.SO.Cute.

Here is a closeup of Cuppie and the sentiment panel.  I think this is the fist time I have ever colored Cuppie something other than pink.

Here are the Copic Markers I've used:

Here are the Taylored Dies I've used:
