Hi everyone! Happy Monday!!
Previews for the newest release from Taylored Expressions start on Wednesday (yay!), but I have a card to share with you using a previously released set that I just have not have enough time to play with...the fabulous Oops A Daisy!
It has been FAR too long since I've created a card with just stamping and flowers. Seriously...I can't even recall the last time! For my card I started with a panel of Choice Snow White Cardstock and stamped daisies from Oops A Daisy in the new Memento Peanut Brittle. Before stamping them, I colored in the centers with a marker, huffed and then stamped.
I stamped another daisy the same way and cut it out using the Oops A Daisy Taylored Die. I added a few leaves cut with the Mini Leaves Taylored Die and then popped it up with Foam Tape. I stamped the sentiment, "Make A Wish" next to the daisies, and I sponged the edges with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink.
I added lace and twine to the top, and I tied on two tags cut with the Mini Tags Taylored Dies. On the circle tag I stamped "Happy Birthday" from the Daisy Bouquet set, and on the heart tag I simply pushed the tag onto the Memento Peanut Brittle ink pad. LOVE the look of this! I layered the entire panel onto a Choice Snow White card base. I am loving the white on white (or cream on cream) look lately, and you'll see more of that later this week.
Here are the Taylored Dies I've used on my card:
Thanks SO much for stopping by!!
