Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday! Welcome to Day One of MFTeasers! YAY! I LOVE Teaser Time!!!
I have a card to share with you today using the newest offering in the WTG lineup...WTG Straight From The Carton! This was ALOT of fun to make...and I did TONS of paper piecing!
I started by stamping WTG several times on both X Press It Blending Card and on the patterned paper I've used on my card, Sweet Day from Echo Park Papers. I colored WTG with Copic Markers and I paper pieced the wallpaper, chair and pillow with the patterned paper.
Here is a closeup of all the paper piecing. I also added shadows to the chair and pillow with Copic Markers.
I added a gorgeous dimensional flower cut with the new Plentiful Petals Die-Namics! SWOON! I only used two of the flowers that this Die-Namics cuts. LOVE! I added a wooden button in the center tied with some twine. The sentiment, "Chill Out" was stamped onto a Sweet Tooth panel cut with the new Sentiment Strips Die-Namics (this are a must have!).
I also added borders using the new Jumbo Squiggle Border Die-Namics and I layered two, one cut from Sweet Tooth and one cut from Kraft.
For the inside of my card I added more patterned paper, another double border, and another sentiment from Straight From The Carton, "You can't buy happiness, but you can buy ice cream, and that's kind of the same thing". True true true.
Here are the Copic Markers I've used on my card:
