Taylored Expressions Previews: Day One!

Hi everyone!  Happy Monday!!  Today is the first day of Taylored Expressions Previews!

At Taylored Expressions we are celebrating our 4th Birthday and you’re invited to our Birthday Bash!

What a HUGE release Taylor has in store for you this month!  It's the biggest TE release ever, with over 17 new stamps and stamp sets and 7 new dies!  It's such a huge release that we have five days of inspiration for you!

First up I have a card to share with you using a previously released Belated Birthday A La Carte...Stand Out Birds!   I used a SFYTT from last year for the layout and the papers are all from School Daze by My Minds Eye.  I stamped the birds onto Choice Snow White Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black and then colored them with Copic Markers.

I used the super fun Petal Pop Ups 2 Taylored Dies to create the layered flower and topped it off with a button.  The sentiment, "I didn't forget your birthday" was stamped onto a panel cut with the Fly Your Flag 2 Taylored Die.

I finished off the inside as well so I could use the other sentiment in this set, "I just wanted my card to stand out from the crowd".  I added more patterned paper and a border cut with the Small Scallop Border Taylored Die.

Next up I have a card to share with you using the FAB new You Take The Cake set.  This set is a sampler set showcasing designs from ALL of the Taylored Expressions illustrators!   This set will not be for sale until after the October release, but you can get it free with any $150 purchase!

This is such a FABULOUS set!  It has tons of adorable images and witty sentiments perfect for any birthday card you need to create.  I had alot of fun creating mine!   I used the Mojo Monday Sketch, MOJO255 for the layout.  All of the patterned papers are Happy Day from My Minds Eye.

I stamped the cupcake in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White Cardstock and colored it with Copic Markers.  I added glitter to the flames with a glitter pen, and then fussy cut it out.  I popped it up with Foam Tape onto a panel cut with the From The Heart Frame Taylored Die.  

Using the Seeing Stars Taylored Die I cut a trio of stars using different colored cardstock, and I cut a tag using the Mini Tags Taylored Dies.  I stamped "HB2U" from You Take The Cake and tied the tag to the largest star panel using some twine.  The vertical panel has a border cut with the Small Scallop Border Taylored Die, and I impressed the Kraft background with the Lots of Dots Taylored Impression Plate.  I finished off the front with two clear Goosebumps (love these!).
