Hi everyone! Happy Sunday! It's Day Five of MFTeasers and we are getting closer and closer to the big release!!! I am excited to have to projects to share with you today using more amazing new products being released on Tuesday, May 7th at 10:00 PM HERE in the MFT Boutique!
I have two cards to share with you today, and my first card features my personal favorite set of this entire release, Cheerful Blessings from Lisa Johnson Designs! I LOVE each and every sentiment in this set, and I ADORE the mix of fonts! It just makes me happy!!
I started by cutting a piece of patterned paper, which is Vintage Bliss from Simple Storie, using the circle from the new Blueprints 3 Die-Namics. LOVE the detail around the edge, it just adds that perfect little "something". I stamped "A cheerful heart is good medicine" in Black Licorice Ink.
Here is a closeup so you can see the detail around the circle, and how FABULOUS the MFT Ink is...the coverage is really amazing! I cut a heart from Banana Split Felt using the Hearts A Plenty Die-Namics and added it to the card with some Hemp Cord and a sweet little white clothespin.
I've used the new Dotted Scallop Border Trio Die-Namics for the border, which was cut from Sweet Tooth Cardstock!
On the inside I layered two panels of Sweet Tooth to the Kraft Card base and stamped another sentiment, "Find joy in everyday blessings", again in Black Licorice Ink. I stamped the little heart in Lemon Drop Ink to tie it into the front.

My next card features the ADORABLE new Doodle Garden Turtle Girl! I just LOVE her! I've always had a thing for turtles, and I even have a turtle tattoo! I stamped her onto X Press It Blending Card, colored her with Copic Markers, and then fussy cut her out.
My next card features the ADORABLE new Doodle Garden Turtle Girl! I just LOVE her! I've always had a thing for turtles, and I even have a turtle tattoo! I stamped her onto X Press It Blending Card, colored her with Copic Markers, and then fussy cut her out.
Here is a closeup. Like all of the stamp sets in the Doodle Garden line, this cutie is SUPER fun to color! All of the layers and elements were cut with the new Blueprints 3 Die-Namics (I am addicted to these!), and the patterned papers are True Love from Basic Grey.
One of my most favorite elements in the Blueprints 3 Die-Namics is this sweet bow! It's as cute as can be and adds the perfect touch! I've topped mine off here with a Bubblegum Button tied with Hemp Cord.
On the inside I stamped her again, this time in Gumdrop Green, and stamped the sentiment, "I missed your big day". Since I am ALWAYS late with cards, this set will get quite a bit of use in my stamp room!
