Sending Birthday Wishes Card Kit: Day One!

Hi everyone! Happy Monday!

I am SO excited for today! The MFT Design Team is sharing projects using the INCREDIBLE new Sending Birthday Wishes Card Kit! I am in LOVE with this gorgeous kit!

OK. How CUTE is this little envelope? I LOVE it! I am also completely obsessed with the gorgeous paper pack in this kit, the Party Patterns Paper Pack! SWOON! I started with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics and I then added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock using Blueprints 20 Die-namics (I am a sucker for scallops!). I added a strip of patterned paper from the Party Patterns Paper Pack on the bottom.

I cut the envelope, heart and letter from Smooth White Card Stock using the Mini Mail Die-namics. LOVE. The lining of the envelope was cut from the same pattern from the Party Patterns Paper Pack that I used on the card. The heart was cut from Ripe Raspberry Prestige Stock using the Mini Mail Die-namics. I stamped “SWAK” from the Big Birthday Wishes Stamp Set using Cotton Candy Premium Dye Ink on the letter and then inserted it into the envelope. I popped the envelope up using Foam Tape onto a panel of Cotton Candy Card Stock. I stamped “WISHING YOU THE BEST, TODAY & ALWAYS” using Blue Yonder Premium Dye Ink, and I finished off the card with a trio of enamel dots.
