Hi everyone! Happy Sunday!
We are getting closer and closer to the INCREDIBLE July MFT Release! All of the new products will be released on Tuesday, July 11th at 9PM EST right HERE in the MFT Boutique!
Today I have a card to share with you using the ADORABLE new Pure Innocence Happy Birthday To You, Pure Innocence Happy Birthday To You Die-namics, Fringed Scallop Borders Die-namics and Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strip Die-namics!
I am SUCH a sucker for the Pure Innocence line, and this little cutie has stolen my heart! I cut her from X-Press It Blending Card using the Pure Innocence Happy Birthday To You Die-namics and then stamped her with Pure Innocence Happy Birthday To You using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. I colored her with Copic Markers and then put her aside so that I could create my background.
Using a panel of Ranger Watercolor Paper, I created the background using Wilted Violet Distress Ink and Peeled Paint Distress Ink, and did lots of blending and water spritzing. I just ADORE working with these inks! I added some spritzing with watered down white acrylic paint to add even more dimension. When the background was dry, I cut it using the Stitched Rectangle Frames Die-namics. LOVE. I popped up my little PI using Foam Tape, and added a sentiment strip underneath her, cut with the Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strip Die-namics. I finished off the card with a banner cut using the Fringed Scallop Borders Die-namics, and a trio of enamel dots.
Thanks SO much for stopping by! Please head over to the MFT Blog to check out what the rest of the team has created today, and for a chance to win an MFT Gift Certificate!
