It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge! This week, Lisa has challenged us to use the gorgeous combination of olive, rust and eggplant! SO beautiful!
I’ve used the SUPER gorgeous Flashy Florals set for my card, and I began by cutting the flowers and leaves from Smooth White Card Stock using the Flashy Florals Die-namics. I stamped them with Flashy Florals using Tangy Orange Premium Dye Ink, Persimmon Premium Dye Ink, Pure Plum Premium Dye Ink, Eggplant Premium Dye Ink, Fuse Green Premium Dye Ink and Olive Premium Dye Ink. I totally love these flowers, they look so amazing no matter what color you use to stamp them!
The main panel of Smooth White Card Stock was cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics, and I used this same Die-namics to trim down a strip of patterned paper from the Dots & Stripes Neutral Paper Pack. I added a mat to the main panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the A2 Rectangle STAX 1 Die-namics. I then arranged the flowers and leaves onto my card, and popped them up with Foam Tape. I cut the sentiment panel from Smooth White Card Stock using the Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics, and I stamped “HAPPY ANNIVERSARY” from Essential Sentiments using Eggplant Premium Dye Ink. I finished of the card with a trio of enamel dots.
