Hi everyone! Happy Friday! TGIF, SERIOUSLY.
Today I have a card to share with you using some Neat & Tangled goodies that I got last weekend when I took a class at The Ink Pad. It was SO FUN!
So, yeah. I have a bit of a Neat & Tangled obsession after this weekend. That Cheiron is SUCH an enabler. This card was SUPER fun to make! I started with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock, cut using the Scalloped Nice & Neat Dies, and I sponged on Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide Ink and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink. I am seriously obsessed with Distress Oxide Inks. I then embossed the panel with the We R Memory Keepers Next Level Gemstone Embossing Folder (which, by the way, I got AGES ago from Vanessa and just opened and used). I LOVE it. If you are wondering if you need this, let me assure you. You do. After embossing the panel, I watered down some Gansai Tambi Pearl Watercolors and splattered them on the panel.
I used the DARLING Get Yeti Nice & Neat Dies to cut out the yet, pup, snowman, penguin and bird from X-Press It Blending Card, and then stamped them with Get Yeti using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. I colored them all with Copic Markers and then popped them up onto the embossed panel. I added shimmer to the “Yeti or Not” flag and the puppy’s scarf using a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker. The sentiment banner (I LOVE the curve of this!) was cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Scalloped Nice & Neat Dies and I stamped “Christmas Time Again” (omitting the “It’s” from the sentiment) and then added the little birdie.
Thanks SO much for stopping by! Enjoy your weekend!!!

Totally adorable!
ReplyDeleteI love this card! Perfectly cute:) Thanks for playing with LTCH!
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely gorgeous!! The background colour grabbed my attention straight away. I've hardly used my Oxide inks yet, might just have to after seeing this! The colour really pops surrounded in all that white too. And your colouring of the images is so spectacular, you really brought them to life. I'm so very glad you joined us this month at Little Tangles!!
