Neat and Tangled January Release: Day One!

Hi everyone! Happy Monday and Happy New Year! I cannot even believe it’s already 2018!

I am SO THRILLED to announce that I will be joining the Neat and Tangled Team for the next three months as a guest designer! I fell in love with Neat and Tangled when I took a class at The Ink Pad this past fall, and I even got to meet Danielle! I am so excited to join them for the next few months!

This month’s release is SO awesome, and today we are kicking things off with the fabulous new A-Mazing set and A-Mazing Nice and Neat Dies! SO much fun! I started by cutting a maze from white paper and then sponged on Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink, Wild Honey Distress Oxide Ink, Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink. I spritzed the panel with water, and I never get tired of watching the magic happen with these inks!

The main panel is black card stock, and I added a strip of diagonal striped paper down one side. I popped up the maze with foam tape and then added the heart at the end of the maze. I cut the heart from white card stock, inked it with Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink and then coated it with Glossy Accents. I cut a strip of white card stock and stamped “I’M SO GLAD I FOUND YOU” from A-Mazing and then added it to my card. I finished off my card with a trio of rhinestones.
