Hi everyone! Happy Saturday!
We are halfway there (and I am SO tempted to sing Bon Jovi right now!) … just a few more days until the AMAZING October MFT Release goes live! All of the new products will be released on Tuesday, October 8th at 10AM in the MFT Boutique!
Today I have two cards to share with you! The first uses the FAB new Joy, Love and Peace Die-namics, and the second uses the awesome Peace, Love and Joy Stencil! I had SO much fun creating these!
OK, I LOVE the new Joy, Love and Peace Die-namics SO MUCH! It really packs a punch! I began with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics, and I cut the panel again using the same Die-namics. I then used the same Die-namics to cut Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock, Green Room Prestige Card Stock, Blu Raspberry Card Stock and patterned paper from the Black & White Stripes Paper Pack.
I inset the die-cut pieces into the Smooth White Card Stock frame, and then added a mat of patterned paper from the Black & White Stripes Paper Pack. LOVE. SUPER easy, and a big statement!
For my second card, I once again began with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics. I placed the Peace, Love and Joy Stencil on top and then inked the panel using Ripe Raspberry, Green Room and Premium Dye Inks.
I cut the circle panel of Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics, and then added the tree, which I cut from Green Room Prestige Card Stock using the previously released Oh Christmas Trees Die-namics. The sentiment panel is Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock cut using the Skinny Strips Die-namics, and I stamped "Sending Holiday Cheer" from Bitty Holiday Wishes using Versamark. I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder, and then finished off the card with a trio of rhinestones.
Thanks SO much for stopping by! Please head over to the MFT Blog to check out what the rest of the team has created, and for a chance to win an MFT Gift Certificate!
Oh I love both cards. That stencil is super. You could really mass produce either. Great job!
ReplyDeleteSo much holiday, so festive the cards are. I like how you used different colors for the letters on the cards, and esp. the blk & wht stripe around the card as well as used for the letters. Good job.
ReplyDeleteLove making cards! Love the new joy, peace, dies.
