POW!!

Hi everyone!! Happy Sunday!!

Here is a frame that I altered for my daughter, Meredith. As you can see in the picture of her (and seriously, how CUTE is she??? LOL), she takes Tae Kwon Do and is REALLY REALLY good at it (which is a bit shocking since I, her mother, am TOTALLY uncoordinated and un-athletic).

I have had this digi Karate Anya from The Greeting Farm for ages and knew she would be PERFECT to adorn the frame. I LOVE the stamps from The Greeting Farm...it's been ages since I've used one!

I printed her out onto Choice Snow White Cardstock and colored her with Copic Markers. I then cut her out and popped her up on layered Oval and Scalloped Oval Nestabilities.

The polka dot paper, to go with the black/white theme of my frame, is from Bo Bunny, and I painted the frame with black acrylic paint so that the parts that you can see are nice and finished.

In Tae Kwon Do, they say "Pow" each time they kick or punch, so I thought it would be fun to make a "Pow" banner for the frame. It was SUPER easy to make using the Die-Namics Banner Day Die and Banner Day Alphabet, both from My Favorite Things. A bow, which I created with the Bow Easy, finishes this off.

Thanks SO much for stopping by!!
