Sweet Holiday Wishes!

Hi everyone!! Happy Friday!!

Here is a card I created for this week's Wednesday Stamp Club Challenge, MFTWSC11032010, which is a fabulous sketch challenge...my most favorite kind of challenge!!

I FINALLY inked up this darling Pure Innocence Presents For You from My Favorite Things and I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X Press It Blending Card.

I cut out and embossed the image with Oval Nestabilities and sponged the edges with Memento Cantaloupe to soften it as this paper is VERY bright white and I used Buttercream on the rest of my card to match the paper.

The patterned paper is Jovial by Basic Grey and I sewed the edges on my sewing machine. It's difficult to see, but the Classic Red panel was embossed with the Snowflakes Embossing Folder.

The sentiment, "Sweet Holiday Wishes" is from Candy Cane Kisses, also from My Favorite Things, and I cut it out and embossed it with one of the Ribbon Tags Trio by Spellbinders. I attached it to the card wiuth some yummy red satin ribbon tied again with black gingham ribbon.

I cut out some Buttercream cardstock with the Die-Namics Let It Snowflake Die and popped up two of them using foam tape. I added a paper button created with the Die-Namics Button Quartet Die and I used some more black gingham ribbon to this as well.
