Hi everyone!! Happy Tuesday!!
Today is the second day of previews for the newest release from Taylored Expressions, which will be available on Thursday, November 4th!!
Today, the Baker's Dozen are sharing two delightful new sets with you, From The Heart and From The Heart Funnies...and, a matching die!!!
From The Heart and From The Heart Funnies were designed and illustrated by Taylor and are the latest additions to the "te" line of stamps at Taylored Expressions!
These sets, and the coordinating die, are the perfect answer to all of your gift tags and cards for the holiday season, as well as all year long!
Today, I have created a card and gift combo, as I wanted to showcase how versatile these sets and die are!
For the card, I started by stamping the frame in Memento Lady Bug onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock and I cut it out using the new From The Heart Frame Die. I then stamped the "A special brew just for you" sentiment ring onto a piece of patterned paper from Togetherness by Cosmo Cricket and then cut it out using Circle Nestabilities. I then stamped the coffee mug from From The Heart onto Choice Buttercream in Memento Tuxedo Black, colored it with Copic Markers, cut it out and then put it in the center of the circle element. SUPER fast and super fun!
I chose the "thanks a latte" sentiment from From The Heart Funnies to use on my card, making a darling thank you card that can be presented with my coordinating gift!
For my coordinating gift, I decorated this darling kraft bakery bag!! This was SO easy! I simply stamped the coffee mug image in Memento Rich Cocoa all over the bag, and I then created a simple sleeve which slips over the top of the bag using some of the same supplies as I used on my card.
Once again, the patterned paper is from Togetherness by Cosmo Cricket, and, once again, stamped the frame in Memento Lady Bug onto Choice Buttercream and cut it out using the From The Heart Frame Die.
I stamped the same sentiment ring, this time onto Kraft Cardstock, and cut it out using Circle Nestabilities. I stamped the coffee cup in the center and colored it with Copic Markers.
As you can see, these sets make creating tags and coordinating cards SUPER duper easy! There are SO many darling images and sentiments in these sets too!
