MFTeaser: The a la modes in You Rule!

Hi everyone! Happy Monday! Are you ready for a peek at one of the two new a la modes being released tomorrow night from My Favorite Things? I LOVE the a la modes, so this is my favorite time of the month!

Today I have the pleasure of sharing with you The a la modes in You Rule! What a FUN little gal she is!!



I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X Press It Blending Card and colored her with Copic Markers. I cut out and embossed the panel with Petite Oval Nestabilities (I like the Petite with the a la modes...there isn't so much room on either side of them when you cut them out). I sponged the edges with Memento Cantaloupe & Memento Tangelo to define the image more.

The patterned paper is from My Minds Eye, Stella Rose Mabel, and I sewed all of the layers with my sewing machine. I made the sentiment panel go right across the card and stitched that as well. LOVE this sentiment, "I give our friendship an A+". I added brown Baby Braddies to each side of the sentiment.

The front is finished off with a simple border with my much beloved Die-Namics Little Open Scallop Strip Die and I added a ribbon with a Prima flower that I had been hoarding for quite a few months.

I completed the inside with some more patterned paper, another border and a simple A+ that I added some oomph to by cutting it out and layering it with Circle Nestabilities.
