Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday and Happy MFT Sketch Day!
How FAB is this week's sketch? There are SO many possibilities with this one...I can't wait to see what everyone does!
I decided to pull out a Pure Innocence for my card today. I just truly LOVE this collection @ MFT...they are SO sweet and fun to color! I've used the darling Pure Innocence Something Special Just For You and stamped her onto X Press It Blending Card and colored her with Copic Markers.
I cut her out and embossed the panel with Rectangle Nestabilities and then created a frame around the edge (I recently saw someone refer to this as a "Jodi Frame"...LOVE it! LOL!) and left a bit of space for some twinkles. I just LOVE the look of that...if you hadn't noticed.
I used the AWESOME new Say What? stamp set and Die-Namics Say What? Die for my XOXO sentiment. I LOVE this set...SO many possibilites! I also added a sweet little heart cut with the Die-namics Hearts A Plenty Die, a little button cut with the Die-Namics Button Quartet and tied it with a piece of Baker's Twine. The patterned paper is Little Girl from Echo Park Papers and I embossed the background with the Seeing Spots Embossing Folder.
For the inside of my card, I stamped two sentiments, one on top of the other, from Pure Innocence Something Special Just For You, stamped the little cutie again in just silhouette and then added more patterned paper and a border created with the Die-Namics Little Open Scallop Strip Die.
Here are the Die-Namics I've used on my card today:
