\For my card, I used the DARLING Ellie's Kitty Willow from YNS. He (she) is WAY too cute...you all know I am a cat person right? I have four and if I had my way, I would have even more!
I started by stamping this cutie in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White Cardstock and colored him with Copic Markers. I paper pieced his pillow with the same papers I used on the rest of my card, Lime Twist-Life Of The Party from My Minds Eye. I can feel another obsession coming on...I am loving all four of the paper pads in the Lime Twist Collection!
I cut him out and popped him up on a circle that I embossed with the Seeing Spots Embossing Folder. The sentiment, "You're The Cat's Meow" is from Flapper Doodles - I Love Us, from My Favorite Things, and I stamped it so that it would fit in the circle. I finished this one off with tons of maching stitching and two white Candy Dots (I seem to be a smidge obsessed with these as well).

ReplyDeleteAwww... look at your sweet kitty! Last time I placed a YNS order, I bought the doggie on the bed in honor of my new dog, Sweet Pea; not really a cat person, but I like stamping cats! Now you're making me think I need this one, too. I wonder if Sprinkle would get jealous? Just another adorable Jodi creation that makes me happy! :)
