MFTeasers: Day One!


Hi everyone!!  Happy Wednesday!

Today is the first day of MFTeasers for the newest release from My Favorite Things...and WOW...what a release it is!  Let's get started shall we?

My card today features the newest set in the Who's That Girl lineup...Who's That Girl Gets Cozy With Cocoa!   She is SO fun to paper piece.  All of the patterned paper is Rosy by My Minds Eye!

After I colored her and paper pieced her, I cut her out and layered her onto a panel cut with the larger die in the Dizzy Doily Die-Namics Duo.  The sentiment, "Cold Hands, Warm Hearts" was stamped onto a panel cut with the smallest banner in the First Place Award Place Ribbon Die-Namics.  Using some My Favorite Felt in Chocolate Fudge, I created a fun bloom with the AH-Mazing new Loopy Bloom Die-Namics.  LOVE this die! 

Do you spy another new Die-Namics die?  Check out the border...it was created with the Crown Border Die-Namics (swoon!).


For the inside, I added some more patterned paper, and then pulled out my Sweet Stack Labels Die-Namics, as well as the circle from the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics, for another sentiment, "Great Friends, Good Times, Warm Hearts".

Speaking of Die-Namics, here is some exciting news!  Starting on November 1 at 10 PM EST, most Die-Namics dies will be available for purchase with OR WITHOUT the stamp set!   If there were any Die-Namics you had your eye on, for example, the Tag Your'e It Die-namics or the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics, and wanted to purchase without the coordinating stamp set, you will be able to!  SO awesome right?

    Love this card. The paper piecing is great. Is the hot fudge cardstock still available through MFT? I've been searching the site under supplies and it wasn't coming up for me, but that was last week. Thanks!

    I have enjoyed your cards for a long time. What thickness is the paper you are using. I ask because with all the layers that is going to be one heavy card unless the paper is thinner!
